Unrequited Love

Have you been into this situation?

I was wondering, what would I do ? or what would you do? How would I feel? or What would you feel?

Lets analyse the word itself first:

LOVE:
a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person

UNREQUITED
Not returned or reciprocated

UNREQUITED LOVE
Define as Love that is not openly reciprocated or understood as such, even though reciprocation is usually deeply desired. The beloved may or may not be aware of the admirer's deep affections.

They say that Unrequited love has long been depicted as noble, an unselfish and stoic willingness to accept suffering.

If you by any means knew that your love will not be returned as you expected, would you willingly let him/her go?

On the other hand, even though you did not love that person, are you willing to commit because of compassion?

In my opinion, I rather be alone old and gray, than to trap a person into a commitment due to compassion. That person, whom, would have been happy, loving freely to the person whom his heart desired.

Unrequited Love is a complex subject, there might be a lot of articles discussing how to overcome this, but still "THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN HELP YOU IS YOU, in any means, you have a choice, what you feel right for your circumstances, go for it. Just be responsible of its outcome though.

Life give as agony and sacrifices? Yes! because what we harvest is the fruit of our choices/decision.

Pray for guidance everyday!

Views about LOVE:

To love is to risk not being loved in return.
To hope is to risk pain.
To try is to risk failure, but risk must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.”

I no longer believed in the idea of soul mates, or love at first sight.
But I was beginning to believe that a very few times in your life, if you were lucky, you might meet someone who was exactly right for you. Not because he was perfect, or because you were, but because your combined flaws were arranged in a way that allowed two separate beings to hinge together."
- Lisa Kleypas (Blue-Eyed Devil)

One, remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet.
Two, never give up work. Work gives you meaning and purpose and life is empty without it.
Three, if you are lucky enough to find love, remember it is there and don't throw it away."
- Stephen Hawking

On Being a Woman:

Women are like apples on trees. The best ones are at the top of the tree. The men don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt. Instead, they just get the rotten apples from the ground that aren't as good, but easy.
So the apples at the top think something is wrong with them, when in reality, THEY'RE amazing. They just have to wait for the right man to come along, the one who's brave enough to climb all the way to the top of the tree. – Anonymous

For every beauty there is an eye somewhere to see it.
For every truth there is an ear somewhere to hear it.
For every love there is a heart somewhere to receive it.
- Ivan Panin

As usual, there is a great woman behind every idiot. - John Lennon

Everything about LIFE:

Fame or integrity: which is more important?
Money or happiness: which is more valuable? Success or failure: which is more destructive?
If you look to others for fulfillment, you will never truly be fulfilled.
If your happiness depends on money, you will never be happy with yourself.
Be content with what you have; rejoice in the way things are.
When you realize there is nothing lacking, the whole world belongs to you."
- Lao Tzu

This is my wish for you:
Comfort on difficult days, smiles when sadness intrudes,
rainbows to follow the clouds, laughter to kiss your lips,
sunsets to warm your heart, hugs when spirits sag,
beauty for your eyes to see, friendships to brighten your being,
faith so that you can believe, confidence for when you doubt,
courage to know yourself, patience to accept the truth,
Love to complete your life.”
– Anonymous

But there is suffering in life, and there are defeats.
No one can avoid them.
But it's better to lose some of the battles in the struggles for your dreams than to be defeated without ever knowing what you're fighting for.”
- Paulo Coelho

As the bus slowed down at the crowded bus stop, the Pakistani bus conductor leaned from the platform and called out, "Six only!" The bus stopped.
He counted on six passengers, rang the bell, and then, as the bus moved off, called to those left behind:
"SO SORRY, PLENTY OF ROOM IN MY HEART - BUT THE BUS IS FULL" He left behind a row of smiling faces.
It's not what you do, it's the way that you do it
~The Friendship Book of Francis Gay, 1977
