Zip-lining as explain by wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zip-line) is consists of a pulley suspended on a cable mounted on an incline. It is designed to enable a user propelled by gravity to travel from the top to the bottom of the inclined cable, usually made of stainless steel, by holding on or attaching to the freely moving pulley. Zip-lines come in many forms, most often used as a means of entertainment. They may be short and low, intended for child's play and found on some playgrounds. Longer and higher rides are often used as a means of accessing remote areas, such as a rainforest canopy. Zip-line tours are becoming popular vacation activities, found at outdoor adventure camps or upscale resorts, where they may be an element on a larger challenge or ropes course.
I have a fear of heights, so bearing in mind the saying "do the things that scares you most" my mission is to overcome the fear thru zip lining.
CAMP SABROS.
It's a 3 hours ride more or less to Camp Sabros from Davao. It was an overnight adventure so we depart at around 1pm from Davao and arrive around 4:30 pm.
If your planning on a day tour, you can depart from Davao at 5:00 am, then from 9 am to 12 pm, you have 3 hours to zip and roam around camp sabros. Have lunch there at 12:00, depart for Davao at 1, you will be in davao around 5pm to catch some night life.
